Terms and Conditions: Discount packages must be paid in advance. They expire after a 12-month period from the date of purchase and cannot be refunded. Unless otherwise noted, these packages are non-transferable.
48 Hour Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
We appreciate that the vast majority of the patients attend their appointments or give us plenty of notice if they cannot make one. Missed appointments and late cancellations not only affect your own progress but can also cause inconvenience for other patients who are in need of an appointment but were not able to get one that day.
Please give the clinic at least 48 hours notice, so that we can offer the appointment to another patient. We recognise that situations arise where it is not always possible, unfortunately, due to the number of late cancellations or no shows we are receiving, we have had to impose a mandatory late cancellation fees.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will now result in a 50% session fee charge
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will continue to result in the full session fee being charged
